Field Forms doesn't collect, sell or share any personal data. It has no accounts and no servers, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Who we are
Field Forms (the “app”) is made by Ansmate Bilisim Danismanlik Egitim Hizmetleri Ithalat Ihracat Limited Sirketi (“Ansmate”, “we”). Ansmate is the data controller for any personal data described in this policy, under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Contact: info@databin.net.
What we collect through the app
Nothing. The app never sends data to us or to anyone else on our behalf. It has no upload or sync of its own and contains no third-party code that collects data: no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software. It doesn't use the advertising identifier and doesn't track you across apps or websites. On the App Store, its privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
What stays on your device
Your forms, with their answers, photos, signatures and handwritten notes, are stored only on this device, in Field Forms' own storage. They are protected by the device's data protection and are not included in device backups, so a form exists only on this device until you export it. The templates you import and your settings, such as the inspector and company names, are kept in the app's storage too and can be part of your device backups, like any app's settings. Deleting a form removes it; deleting the app removes everything.
Exports
A form leaves your device only when you export it as a PDF or JSON file and choose where to share or save it, for example in Files, Mail or another app. Those destinations handle the file under their own terms. The temporary copies Field Forms makes for an export are deleted when you close the export screen.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you choose Take Photo in a form's photo field. Field Forms sees only the photos you take or pick, and keeps a smaller copy inside the form, without the photo's location or camera details. It doesn't read the rest of your photo library.
Touch ID, Face ID and passcode
Completing and signing a form asks the system to confirm the device owner with Touch ID, Face ID or the device passcode. Your fingerprint, face data and passcode stay with the system; Field Forms only learns whether the confirmation succeeded.
Third parties
We don't share data with anyone, because the app gives us none. Apple provides the App Store and the operating system under its own privacy policy. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us crash reports and app usage statistics in a form that doesn't identify you; the app itself doesn't collect them.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you. We keep that correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, don't share it with anyone, and delete it sooner if you ask.
Your choices and rights
- You can turn off Field Forms' access to the camera at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, or in Settings > Apps > Field Forms. Take Photo then stops working; you can still add photos from your library.
- Your data is under your control on your device: delete a form in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored.
- Because the app sends us nothing, we hold no app data about you. Under GDPR and KVKK you may still ask us about any personal data we hold (for example, a support email), and ask us to correct or delete it, at info@databin.net. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Field Forms collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app and on this page, with a new date at the top.
